Really love but customer service awful. Asked for tracking but never got it. Also paid £12.50 for postage as charged £9 when order placed, £3.50 extra as they didn’t pay enough when sent, they paid £4.19 but I paid £12.50. Ignored my messages enquiring about my items as they’d been posted over a week and no tracking etc. apart from a reply to my first message. I’ve emailed regarding postage and they have yet to reply, it’s been a week. I won’t be using them again which is sad as I love supporting small businesses and I really love their stock.
